This is an apples to oranges question. XP SP2 was designed for a client OS, not a Server OS. I can't imagine people would use Server 2003 to browse the web for anything other than drivers/patches. IE Enhanced Security prevents this mostly anyway. As far as the Integrated Firewall, Im sure MS would prefer you use something more robust than what comes with XP SP2. If not, ICF does come included with Server 2003. Anyway, like I said, apples to oranges.
