This update includes the following changes in these software:
(1) Fixed bug which have always prevented LogAgent from analysing IIS logs
so far
(2) Much improved performance by more efficient file handling, especially
under heavy loads
(3) Added a utility to rebuild .alert and .backup log files after analysis
into a single master file (side-effect of (2)). Allows also the extraction
of data based on IP or host name for easy data isolation
(4) Modification of the rule USERMESSAGE to allow inclusion of log values
as variables into the message, which makes it possible to have the system
translate the logs from electronic format to plan english

LogIDS is a network-based GUI real-time log analysis console for intrusion
detection purposes.
LogMonitor is an application-based GUI real-time log analysis console for
intrusion detection purposes.
LogAgent is a real-time log file centralisation agent for Windows. The Pro
version also allows for analysis, which becomes distributed.
