You can go for any of these firewall manufacturers: Cisco Pix (525 or 515), Netscreen, Nokia Checkpoint. With all these three firewalls, you can have all that you have requested and more. I would recommend you go to their website and check the product datasheets.They can even give you a product comparison chart. As for rates, I would contact 3-4 vendors for rate quotes. If you are planning to be buy used firewalls, you might be able to get at a cheaper rate too. From wherever you buy, you might also plan about buying a hardware maintainence contract, just in case there are any hardware issues,bad NIC cards etc, it might come in handy. Hope it helps.
