NetScreen (now Juniper) works well.  They have ECMP (equal cost multipath)
to load balance outbound connections, as well as source-based routing if you
need to route certain hosts out a different gateway.  All their firewall
models can do this.  5gt on up.  Setup is easy via the UI.
