I have personally used a Netscreen/Juniper for dual wan interfaces. It
does a failover quite cleanly with the track ip option. I have not
attempted to setup the firewall to share the 2 different inet
connections. Let me know if you are successful with that.

I do know that Radware makes a device that shares 2 different internet
providers. Have you look into there product line yet?
