Hi Wojciech,

I upgraded NS 5GTs, 25 and 50 models to 5.3 but did not encounter any
problems with the previous configs being wiped out. Did you perform this
using the CLI or the web interface? I used the web interface and did not
have any problems. I know that I had to apply a patch before upgrading
to 5.3. Did you have to do that for the 208? Sorry about that.

Has anyone here encountered any issues with upgrading from ScreenOS
v.5.2.r.2
to either v.5.3.r.1 or v.5.3.r.2? I ran into problems (lost routes,
deleted
NSRP config) on NetScreen-208s right between the step-up version and the
latest release and am wondering if I should expect similar problems on
their
ISGs...

Thanks,

Wojciech Dojka
