I've launched the uninstaller of "Check Point SecuRemote/SecureClient NG with Application Intelligence (R56)", however, the uninstaller icon just stays on the task bar. The process of uninstaller is still inside the memory running for more than 2 hours and it won't go away. I don't know what to do with this piece of shit.

I think I would just kill the uninstaller process and clear the rest by hand. But I need to know what the uninstaller is supposed to do. Eg, what files to delete, what registry key to delete, etc.

You should use CPClean instead of the uninstallers. The only time the uninstaller is really helpful is when you want to revert to a previous version of code, but with SR or SC, it's much simpler to just wipe it out completely using this method. Do keep in mind though that this utility will remove ALL Check Point software, including any GUIs that are installed. I've found that it's easier to use this & reinstall my GUI, but you may not.
