There is also a perl script called fwrules2.pl which can be loaded.
...which is from 1998 and only works for old CKP versions (probably even only pre V4.1SP3). The script has been reqritten twice from scratch since then. See http://www.wyae.de/software/fw1rules/ for the successor which can additionally export the data into various formats, too.
From there are links to the CKP WVT (which only can be run on the
management system btw.) and an alternative script (cprules).
From the same website (http://www.wyae.de/software/) you can get similar
