Can you share the process by which you've selected these two specific
products over others (e.g. Netscreen, Fortinet, etc).?

We reviewed the feature set, inter-operability with existing
insfrastructure, pricing, and familiarity with the product.  It boils
down to feature and ease of deployment given the time constraint to
bring these products into testing and deployment.

We may even end up using the Cisco product for the border FW and layer
behind it an "UTM" or better known as an "application proxy fw
w/integrated IDS, and spyware/Malware layer 7 proctection."  Again,
given the time constraint, we may even turn on some feature set in audit
mode at first.  I know, this is shooting from the hip but we are from
the 'wild wild west' heheh.
