put a static route which has the remote network (internal) adress pointing out to the router on the interface which isakmp is enabled for example Your PIX outside 100.1.1.1 dmz 50.1.1.1 inside 192.168.1.1 Remote Side Outside 200.1.1.1 dmz 60.1.1.1 inside 172.16.0.1 Router on dmz 50.1.1.2/60.1.1.2 you need a route that says 172.16.0.1 -> 50.1.1.1
