You need to configure from which IP addresses the GUI is allowed to connect to the management server as security precaution. Use the command line CPCONFIG tool or edit the according file and restart the CKP server to enable additional IP addresses to connect. Another issue might be licensing - but that quickly gets deep and naughty, so I'll skip that topic for now...
