This was 6.3.3 and 6.3.4. I got debug code on there and we haven't
seen the issue again· Cisco says this is why there is no fix,
reappling the same or different code seems to fix it for a while.

send traffic to the PIX.  I have seen a Primary and Secondary PIX both
respond to the ARP request for the active IP address used by the PIX.
The IOS would clearly show one was active while the other was in
standby mode, but if you looked at the network ARP tables you could see
duplicate MAC entries for the active IP address.
