My company uses wlbs on a number of servers. We basically insert ARPA alias entries into our PIX to ensure that certain ip addresses are sent to a specific port on a 3Com switch which is configured to multicast to specific ports or NICs (can't quite remember at the moment). Anyway, it works great.
