That's funny. Obviously you've never used IPTables or a real ip filter to suggest the native Windows Firewall w/ or w/o SP2.

Try pktfilter on the sourceforge website. I think it's still in beta but I know people who've had good luck with it. Another I've heard of is wipfw and I think it's hosted on sourceforge as well.

There are probably others, but those are the first ones I thought of.
