Where are you logging to? All NetScreens have a finite and fairly small log buffer. Once the buffer is full the oldest log entries are overwritten. If you want to keep the logs for any length of time you will need a syslog server, or perhaps NSM. I am assuming that you have logging turned on for all the policies and that they are not disabled or similar?
