Hello List,
We are looking for a ICSA Certified Stateful packet inspector
firewall that also has VPN and IDS/IPS capabilities. We are currently
looking at SonicWALL Pro 4060, Netscreen 204, and Fortigate 800. Does
anyone have any experience/recommendations with these firewalls, mostly in
particular the Fortigate? Thanks in advance.
i have here 2 Fortigate FG500 and 4 FG3000 plus 5 Netscreen NS500 NS doesn't have PPTP VPN
I love NS management access altho you have to have a cert to have SSL FG already has it's own so default HTTPS/SSH management.
FG has it's built-in AV and fully customizable file-blocking that works wonders.
I prefer NS CLI though , personally
i have other comments also, just email me tito philippines
