Symantec Client Security could be an option, which again comes with the
Firewall, IDS and other modules.
This could be centrally managed along with your Antivirus product (if you are
using SAV CE).

BlackIce, its a two in one solution for clients,
firewall + ids client that can be installed on
workstations and Servers.
Looks ISS Console is fine but I did not work too much
with it. You can update an view threads. Take a look
