There's definately lots of choices out there, especially if you want a vendor
that you already work with:

McAfee has both a desktop firewall and AV client, and both can be centrally
managed through their ePO console.

If you're a Check Point shop, you might want to look into their personal
firewall, recently acquired from ZoneLabs.

If you're a Cisco shop, check out the Cisco Security Agent. It's a host
intrusion prevention client with personal firewall capabilities.

Sygate is the market leader for standalone personal firewalls. You should be
able to manage over a 1,000 from their central console.

eEye also recently launched a personal firewall that also includes a host
vulnerability scanner.

We're in the process of looking for a personal firewall
solution to use within the corporate environment. We have
firewalls on the perimeter of the network; however, we need a
solution for laptops and potentially all clients. We need a
solution that can centrally manage over 1000 workstations.
Any solutions you would recommend or experiences whether good
or bad with the ones out there would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
-Brett
