User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. DETAILS Vulnerable Systems: * QuickTime version 7.2 The specific flaw exists within the parsing of a malformed movie atom. Specifying a large size will result in a stack overflow. If exploited, remote code execution can be achieved with the credentials of the logged in user. Vendor Response: Apple has issued an update to correct this vulnerability.
