  Tincat Buffer Overflow
------------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY

 <http://www.instancefour.com/> Tincat is "a network library for games and
has been developed by Instance Four".

The tincat library is affected by a buffer overflow in the function that
logs the players once they have logged on, the vulnerability allows an
attacker to execute malicious code on the victim system.

DETAILS

Vulnerable Systems:
 * Tincat version 2.0.27 and prior

Immune Systems:
 * Tincat version 2.0.28
