I don't suppose there were any hints in the headers? If the mail was
forwarded there may be something there, but if it originated from them
then the best thing I can recommend is getting in touch with
managedoptin.com and requesting that your domain be removed from
whatever lists they hold

Has anybody had any success/failure with tracking SPAM messages through
managedoptin.com?  I'm dealing with a case now where a message was
forwarded
through that network and am wondering if there are any good contacts
there
that might be able to help track some things down or if it's just a lost
cause.
