i am planning to take CISSP this year and do not know which
books to refer, Can anybody please tell me the books which i need to buy
for CISSP's preparation

A list of suggested reference books for each domain is at
http://victoria.tc.ca/techrev/mnbksccd.htm. This is a description of the
various texts, with the page divided by the ten domains. The actual reviews of
the books (which have publisher and ISBN data) are linked through the page.
There are also links to the online editions of the "Information Security
Management Handbook" (3rd ed, 1998, still got some good stuff) and "Security
Engineering."

There is also a list of reviews of the various CISSP prep guides, at
http://victoria.tc.ca/techrev/mnbkscci.htm. The guides are listed in rough
order of value (with the "Official Guide" at the top, of course :-)

For those wanting online information (in other words, too cheap to go out and
buy books) I have created a page of Web resources at
http://victoria.tc.ca/techrev/secmarks.htm. This list of links is not
annotated, but
all of them contained (at least at one time) good quality information. The
list is
divided into section, mostly related to the ten domains, but there are others.
Note
that I haven't pruned the list, and a number of the links are going to be dead.
 I
have also recently started to maintain Web links for the Vancouver Security
SIG:
there isn't a lot there yet, but I can annotate, and it'll probably be easier
to
maintain in terms of currency. That page is at http://www.infosecbc.org/links.
