[CISSP-D] Some Questions About the CISSP Examination

I have some questions about the CISSP certification
examination. I hope somebody would care answering;

1- I have read from the website that it is a six hour
test with 250 questions. The test is paper based.
Is there any break within this six hour period? Is
there no computer based test for this?

2- Is there any laboratory examination or just a 
paper test only?

3- For how long is this certification valid? Do I need
to keep taking the test every couple of years to
keep the certification?

4- From the exam locator on isc2 website, country name
Pakistan is not in the list! Do I have to travel to 
another country to take the test? No alternative to
take the test in my own country?


Any help about the above questions will be 
appreciated.
