Hello Everyone! I have been working on a Disaster Recovery presentation for a few days now. I have been approached about discussing Pandemic planning as well. I was hoping we could start a discussion about pandemic preparedness. I would be really interested in what you and yours are doing; We are still in the early to intermediate stages of planning at my organization. We have gone through the business and identified critical processes and locations. We have identified our critical leadership positions and made arrangements for primary an tertiary backups. Further we have briefed all of the primary leadership on what a Pandemic is and their responsibilities to the organization. Most of briefing is centered around personal preparedness. We have asked our core leaders to prepare now so they are not part of the general panic. We are also working through the HR aspect of a Pandemic as well as critical business systems and access. I would love to chat at length about any or all of this with any of you. David Sims
