I have to recommend the Shon Harris DVDs for the following reasons:
1) She is articulate
2) In addition to her talking, there is great information presented at the
bottom and/or on the left of the video.  This gives the brain plenty of
things to do and keeps your attention.
3) When there is nothing in the left pane, the excellent eye-candy used
continues to keep your attention.
4) She has some great 3d-style diagrams to help explain concepts.
 
The biggest benefit really is the three panes of action to help keep your
brain engaged. 
 
I also use q-time to display it and can understand her clearly at 1.5x or
even 2x the normal play-back rate.
