Let me tell you about my background. I have about 1 year of experience 
in Software developement. I also worked as security consultant as part 
time with one institute about 8 months. I have done CEH also. Now i am 
working as security engineer. 

As i also have good knw of security field from last 2 years from my 
college. Now preparing for CISSP bt i dont have 3 years of exp.

so i am worried ....

So you should be.  It isn't enough.

You can take the exam.  If you pass, you can get an Associate designation.  
Then, 
when you have the requisite experience, you can apply for full status.
