No wishing to seem vulgar, but given who you work for there should already
be a heap of doc's to avail yourself of.
MICROSOFT PRESS should also be a resource to draw upon. what materials have
they produced?
The other thing to consider, is what you mean by "remediation". it is one of
those terms that gets a little warped in the usage. you should consider
categories: hardware, software, policies, procedures, et al. which is it you
are focusing upon?
