[CISSP-D] Elementary question - ComparisonWithCISA & Suggested Books

Subject: [CISSP-D] Elementary question - ComparisonWithCISA & Suggested Books

Dear All,

I have just joined your mailing list. I wanted your inputs on two issues

1. How can you compare the CISSP examination with that of CISA? I just gave
my CISA exams in December 2005. Not sure whether I would get through.
However, as a means of not losing the tempo of reading, I thought of giving
a try for CISSP. I had heard that CISSP is more technical than CISA. I am a
Chartered Accounant (from India), having some exposure to Software
Programming, and ERP Implementation. I need your advise as to whether I
would be in the right path by doing CISSP?

2. Can you suggest me a few books to do the reading?

Thanks for your time.

Thanks and regards,

Anoop Padmakumar
