I gave the paper just three month back and I recall that most of the time they 
give you complete words with acronym . But beware that most of the time they 
trick us by giving wrong words with right acronym . So you must be familiar 
with the acronym and its right words as well .

I distinctly recall that knowing popular acronyms is part of the 
CISSP test. I would not expect a memorization of all acronyms, but I 
would council the prospective student to know most of them. (CIA, 
BIA, OFB, CRC, etc.) Given in their proper context these should be 
rather obvious to most CISSPs.

However, it has been years since I took the test. Any comments from 
those who have taken the test more recently?
