Good day to all, I think that most people are putting too much emphasis on having the exact same questions on the practice quizzes as the real exam. The only way to achieve such a goal would be by stealing real questions and posting them publicly which I will never do. For the important point to look at when you take practice quizzes is whether the quiz is validating your knowledge of the material or not, where the quiz is challenging or not, whether the quiz cover the key concepts of not. I have taken my CISSP exam over six years ago and the questions format did change a bit over time. Lately they have done trial with scenario based questions; you can expect this type of questions in the near future on the exam. However, if you do know your concepts, it does not matter what the question looks like you will be able to answer it if you have mastered the concepts. An of course, we always accept contributed questions from all. I am not telling you to break you NDA but simply telling you that I am fully open to suggestions on how to make them better. Best regards and congratulation on your CISSP achievement. Clement
Finally, if you think the cccure materials are off-base, remember that all materials are created by volunteers. I'm not saying this to defend them, rather to say that YOU can submit updated questions. Clement Dupois, the creator of that site, is a co-moderator on this list, so look for one of his postings and write him offline, or I believe there is a contact link at the cccure.org website. Your local ISSA chapter probably needs volunteers as well. So go out there and Do Some Good. :-) KW Kate Wakefield, CISSP CISSP-Discuss Co-Moderator vraptorz@yahoo.com Yahoo! Groups Links
