I couldn't access the ISC2 homepage, http://www.isc2.org, for almost
10 days. Can anyone tell me what went wrong with the website?

They've done a bit of a redesign, and it was offline, for various reasons, for
quite a while. It seems to be back in operation (did some work on it
yesterday, and just checked again today) but some of the functions that were
publicly available before now require login. Also, a number of features that
were accessible with most browsers now seem to be limited to IE. Oh, and don't
specify http://www.isc2.org, use https://www.isc2.org or www.isc2.org.

Microsoft gambled that making their users fault-tolerant was a
better use of resources than making their software reliable.
