Wouldn't that be .1, or 10%?

I understand what you're saying, but it doesn't seem correct to me.  Not
trying to argue, but the point of the ARO is to determine how many times
an exposure would occur, so that you can calculate the total cost.  If you
have a $100K loss happening four times a year, you need to capture that 4x
occurance, not just one instance.  Ccure's definition makes sense to me:
