Dears, As discussion started it was about Risk Assessment tools, and as i mentioned earlier in my response, yes tools are available. Risk Assessment tools actualy automate the process by breaking up it in following steps: 1) Templates questionnare which help to identify crtitical business processess and business units, interdependencies, minimum and maximum down time in different type of disasters, Financials figures attached to minimum and maximum down time, peak business time in a year, a month and in a week and so on. 2) Tool automate the process of distribution and collection of survey for analysis. 3) After receiving all the feedback from participents of the survey, the tool analyze the information and provide you the feed back in form of your critical process and department, financial risk breakup, preventive measures and recovery capbailites in reference to that preventive measures. Above mentioned services are being offered by the RISK ASSESSMENT AUTOMATED TOOLS, and as earlier i mentioned one can visit the www.strohl.com and see their BIA (Business Impact Analysis) Tool. I hope this is enough. Regards Mehmood Lodhi ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> $9.95 domain names from Yahoo!.
