Nadeem, I think you need policy compliance products wherein you can schedule scans/run checks against your defined security policy.Vulnerability assessment is one part of risk assessment(technical). For this there are products like Bindview RMS, Net IQ VM,SNSI etc. For risk assessment(procedural) there are tools like Cobra, CRAM, XACTA etc. But they can ease your task upto some extent and not completely.
