This question is testing the candidate on two levels:

1) cryptosystems (or algorithms) can provide Confidentiality, 
Integrity, Authentication, and/or non-repudiation. All other answers 
(e.g., accessibility, interest, accountability) are hogwash. 

2) PGP is a application that contains many encryption algorithms. It 
happens to have enough algorithms in it (MD5, RSA, DES, SHA, 
IDEA,...) that it provides all possible encryption policies (who 
would have guessed : ).

Answer: A, D, F, G 

BTW: This question format is not consistent with the CISSP test. 
This is typically a mark of a lousy question - find another source 
for questions.
