You might want to check with the members of the "CISSP-DUBAI"
yahoogroup to see whether others are interested in an exam. Typically
if you can come up with 15-20 people who are willing to sign up, ISC2
will schedule an exam. (There might be a higher threshold of attendees
for an overseas exam, but you could gather together a list and contact
ISC2 for more details.)
