Does any know about the law and ethics CBK be tested
on the CISSP test?

Some :-)

I heard it does not cover specific
U.S. laws anymore since it's an international exam.
Is that true? Can anyone shed me some light on this?

True, or mostly so, anyway.

The LIE domain now concentrates on legal concepts and standards. You should
know some specific regs, such as the EU privacy directives, that have a
significant effect on international law. There are some decent refs in the LIE
portion of the list at http://victoria.tc.ca/techrev/mnbksccd.htm or
http://sun.soci.niu.edu/~rslade/mnbksccd.htm
