Well, LOL, this thread seems to have deviated a little bit from my original intent - which was to get some ideas for training classes to meet my continuing education requirements. Still I think this sort of debate is healthy and really proves the value of the CISSP and other certifications that factor in real world experience vs. many certifications which are merely braindumps. Sadly many managers and HR drones still measure competence by the amount of letters after someone's name... BTW I've picked out a nice MS SQL server class to take since I am a bit weak there.
