Clement -

I did not want my comments to offend or detract from the certification exam
or the people who write the questions - I was told about the protest process
but I guess while taking the test I may have wondered if I was just not
smart enough to understand the question. : )

I know designing test questions is not easy - the single one I was referring
to was one that I felt was too general - but perhaps others had no problem
with it. Such is life I guess.

I was quite surprised to get my results so quickly considering the recent
hurricanes - When I took the CISA it took at least 2 months to get the
results.

Thanks!

Jeff

Do not despair, response have been just a bit slower lately mainly due to
the fact that ISC2 is located here in Florida and they are in the area that
was touched twice by Charlie and Frances. This has slowed things down a
bit
while they had to evacuate.

Usually they have been good at providing grades withing 7 to 8 working
days.
A few years ago, the 6 weeks or more was the norm.

On work I can say to all who are going to take the exam: You are given the
opportunity to comment on questions you believe are wrong or as mentioned
below LAME. By doing so you will ensure that these questions are looked at
and they can be improve for others who will follow you path.

Best regards

Clement
