ISC2 has the endorsement as part of the certification process to make sure that 
certified candidates have a 'real' working experience .. the minimum required 
is 4 years of working expereince with the exception of Masters degree to have 
only 3 years of working experience .. the required experience is in one or more 
of the domains, which I think you have enough experience in .. 
The endorsement can be done by the employer/manager/colleague and preferably 
CISSP .. Good Luck
